Thank you very much for your continued patronage of "Teppanyaki-Saku".


For five days from December 21st (Saturday) to December 25th (Wednesday),

We offer a limited-time special course, the Christmas course.


The theme is "fragrance"

This is a course where you can enjoy a luxurious meal made with carefully selected, fragrant ingredients.


-Turnip and paprika two-tone mousse with fresh sea urchin and caviar, crystal jelly and the aroma of kinome

Soft abalone and Yokozuna with colorful vegetable vinaigrette and lightly smoked parfumé

Roasted baby pigeon and pan-fried foie gras with red wine flavored figs and truffle aroma

Two kinds of freshly baked bread

Lightly stewed lobster and riveau with the rich aroma of porcini mushrooms and port wine

〇Strawberry sorbet and mint compote

Oita Wagyu beef fillet teppanyaki with a refreshing sauce of sudachi and Japanese pepper
